About
Jim Fee
Jim Fee’s path as a business advisor started with his service in the U.S. Navy, flying on the P-3 Orion aircraft to hunt submarines. That experience taught him to look below the surface, work methodically, and rely on teamwork to achieve the mission.
Jim uses those same skills today to help business owners find hidden value and unlock growth. He brings disciplined systems, sharp attention to detail, and a willingness to tackle tough business challenges. Jim has helped leaders scale up, prepare for sale, improve profits, and strengthen their teams, earning respect for his integrity and accountability.
With an MBA and more than 20 years as an owner, investor, and advisor, Jim guides clients to make confident decisions and build stronger companies. His hands-on advice and tailored plans help move businesses from confusion to clarity, from stress to results—leading to growth, better systems, and successful exits.
Jim’s company, named for the P-3 Orion, reflects the same mission focus and dedication he showed in his military service. Through his proven approach, he delivers real transformation and lasting business value for every client.
