Jim Fee’s path as a business advisor started with his service in the U.S. Navy, flying on the P-3 Orion aircraft to hunt submarines. That experience taught him to look below the surface, work methodically, and rely on teamwork to achieve the mission.​

Jim uses those same skills today to help business owners find hidden value and unlock growth. He brings disciplined systems, sharp attention to detail, and a willingness to tackle tough business challenges.   • Developed and led execution of growth strategy through acquisitions, resulting in 161% revenue growth.​

  • Led cross-functional teams for strategic divestitures and acquisitions.​

Industry Expertise & Innovation

  • Developed business plans and structured joint ventures for mobile financial services, including business model creation, initial capital raise, mobile banking, payment consortiums, and mobile shopping.​

  • Developed Specialty Finance Industry Group from start-up to one of the top three units in the industry, as measured by deals completed.​

Leadership & Management Roles

  • Selected to start up, build the team, and manage a new corporate finance office in Kansas City.​

  • Elected President of the Sylvan Franchise Owners Association, negotiated new franchise agreement.​

  • President of the US Naval Academy Alumni Association Atlanta Chapter.​
